I am in need of a good merchant account very shortly. I am not looking to pay any type of setup fee (if possible). A percentage of transactions must be under 10%.

And i would need an account to support multiple business's.

Anyone have suggestions?

I don't think such a place exists.

Every cc processor has some sort of setup fee and they're usually around $50.

The one's I use are 2checkout.com and clickbank.com. There are a bunch of others but most of them don't support people from Australia.

Okay $50 is perfectly fine, how about multiple business's with one setup fee lol?

well, when the cc company bills the customer, the customer's cc statement will have the company's name on it.

So if you sign up for clickbank or something, when the customer makes a purchase, their statement will say Clickbank - $xxxxx

So I guess, you could use it for multiple businesses since it will all say the same thing anyway.

FYI:

We will allow you to use a 2checkout.com license on more than one site, but be aware of the following:
We only support the main site that is registered on your account.
All orders will flow thru the registered site.
Your customers may get confused on the order page to see they are purchasing from a site different than the one they were just on.
All 2checkout.com contact will be with the registered site.

You can obtain additional licenses from us, at a reduced fee.

Email me for more information.

Hey Tom!!!

Gotta question for you.....

Are you ever going to make it a little easier for us on the recurring billing charges? As a ISP, people want to upgrade, and they want to add plans, etc. Right now we have to delete the old recurring, and submit a new one. Really a pain....

I am a avid supporter of 2checkout.com, think you guys are great, but really would like to see this feature!

That "pain" is your only real protection from a customer claiming they didn't authorize the change in their order status.

That "pain" is also a protection for us, the 3rd party processor, in knowing that the customer is aware of these changes and does agree to them.

Here's what I don't understand. If I choose to lease my car, I agree to certain terms and conditions. If I decide to upgrade during the period of the lease, the Dealership makes me sign a new contract with them. You are really doing the same thing with your customer.
