Can I register webhostingchat with another TLDs ?

Only webhostingchat.com isn't availbe ! Should I get allow from them For register this domain with another TLDs ?

I tried to register there yesterday, evidently their email system isnt working because I also send a message via "contact us" and evidently they didnt get it.
