i got someone asking me if i take debit card, he/she claim from UK and he/she is having trouble with his/her paypal account.

i don't know who else process debit card. Can someone recommand a payment system that take debit card from oversea and perfer no setup fee something like paypal where they charge you for a process fee but no setup fee.

i only use paypal because i want to keep it simple so i never bother to look for other online payment system.

please recommand one that is similar to paypal.

Debit/check cards work like credit cards (mastercard/visa) - the difference is that it's deducted right from the account and cannot be disputed by the owner of the debit card (meaning risk).

I do believe debit cards can be linked to PayPal accounts...

Do you mean that if you use a debit card that you can not dispute a charge? If so you are wrong because I have done so a couple of times. Though you have a short amount of time limit to do so.

When you say short amount of time, how do you mean? I believe that once funds have been deducted, it's virtually impossible.

I checked with my bank and it is 3 days. I use a visa debit card. I also want to add I only use my debit card for online use.

2checkout is only $50 not a big cost, they got really good support aswell

I have also successfully done chargebacks through my Visa Debit Check card. Havent had to do any more of those after finding www.resellerratings.com
