Hi, I'm looking for a CMS that can be integrated right into an already made layout. Maybe utilizing a header footer feature. Also, I'd like it to be unbelievably basic with just the ability to post news and comments on pages.

Here is a basic one that a designer friend told me about, it's called cmsimple ( http://www.cmsimple.dk )........design one html page for the layout.....no database, it runs on flat files.....easy to use interface for the user to update the site..........plus it is easy to install...........try the demo.
