High bandwidth user - will set up dedicated and run 20 megs- luckily we asked him for internim payment after one week of high volume and shut himd down after many broken promised of payment -

They said my card was declined but charged them.

Could I pay via digiBuy or PayPal, too ?

I received an order for a dedicated server from this same person.

His credit card was declined twice, plus when I told him that he would have to sign a contract - POOF - gone and not heard from since.

I'm glad we hurt his feelings to a point he is looking for alternate payment avenues.
