I searched entire ePassporte "knowlege" base and didnt found the answear.
Need to pay someone in germany for a small amount of euro and he doesnt use PayPal. I dont realy want to use Wire or Western or Swift etc bacuse the fees would be higher then the actual ammount. So he gave me his ePassporte details: The bank name, swift/iban and Referenz word...asuming i know his reference word can i just pay him with my card ? like quick checkout paypal does offer ? Thanks.

An option is to find someone with an epassporte and paypal to send the money directly for you. Then you pay him in paypal.

Another way is to open an epassporte account yourself. Load it up with your credit card and then send the moeny. This may be slower though.

You will need to get your own account here (https://www.epassporte.com/secure/epassporte.cgi?req=signup). But note that there is a min. reload fee (I think $25) also you will need to verify your account before sending money to him. The suggested option above my post is a lot better.
