I have been with -------- for about 3 months. And suddenly tonight I find that I cannot access my website. I check my customers websites (i resell) and yes, they are up. Other people on my server, yes, they are up. But I am down. Only me. So, I send in a support ticket telling them this. As a reponse, I am told that "The nameservers are not resolving to the domain." I was also told that "[My] domain [will] be up shortly." Okay, it's been a few hours. Maybe we have different definitions of shortly.

Is it normal for the nameservers to suddnely not resolve to the domain after they have been find for three months? Nothing has changed (no server moves, IP changes, etc.) in about a month. Is this normal?

Are your resold accounts using the same name servers??

..if so, then there is something wrong with your domain/zone file/host/....etc .. if they are resolving and your domain is not..

If there was some routing issues or dns changes involving your domain [or IP], it could take a few hours to settle down again..
