NEVER even consider Datstream USA
i'm extremely angry right now :angry: and datastream for their poor services. the first week or so was OK service. but after that.. everything went downhill. they have an NT server so they couldn't support the scripts i wanted like greymatter and megabook. so i didn't want to bother with other programs so i wanted to cancel.
it took me a week to get the cancellation in.. after sending tons *literally* tons of emails.. i finally received one back confirming that my account was canceled. .. after ICQing them several times and they just ignored me completely.. and i send emails to all of their addresses.
i canceled thinking that they wouldn't bill me because i did it within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame. but a couple of days ago.. i received the bill and there was the bill from Datastream USA with 60 USD.
now i emailed them again.... twice.. still no reply. i'm really angry at this lack of service. i intend on speaking with the credit card company to try and solve this problem.
also.. their site isn't working right now. i'm rather embarrased that i was jipped by a so-called excellent hosting company. also.. i talked to matt today.. and it turns out he left their two months ago. :mad:
