I'm just about to start a hosting business, but I need to answer one last questions...

Where should I advertise?

Are these forums good enough? Are places like hostindex/hostsearch good? Should I spend money on banner ads?

My suggestion is do a search from the "search" button at the top of the forum on this topic. It has been gone over atleast 30 times in the past month.. You should yield some good results from that.
