Hey Everyone,
Can i recomend that ANYONE here who is using or considering using lpanel just have a look at this post on there forums. It just shows how they run there company and how the staff treat there customers.

If this post no-longer exists then i do appologise but this is due to them possibly deleting is as they seem to be doing with any complaints they recieve.
What is you`re opinion on this?

Hello,
Well i must say it sounds like he may have been having a bad day as i have had tickets that lpcasey replyed to and he was very professional in them and it was in a decent amount of time.
I would not assume this was how he was all the time unless every post was rude and ignorant.

They have a few problems indeed as far as support is concerned (although I think they are working towards improving this). The Lpanel product itself is pretty nice though which just heightens the potential.
I've never really worked with Casey though so I can't really speak for him.

I'm not sure what the point of this post is.. If you don't like or have a problem with this product there are several others to choose from..

hmm, sounds like there may be a personal issue here.... The post is still there, and I am there everyday and haven't noticed posts getting deleted.
This sounds like plain sabotage.
Yes, tech support is a tad slow but they are working on it.
I have had several dealings with the support members and have gotten nothing but respect from them.
You are not even a LP user so I'm not sure why you even bothered...
If you have such a big problem with, LP just don't use it.

Hey Eveyone!
First off let me state that i have no problem with Lpanel it self. I think that it has great potential and COULD be a REALL competitor in the hosting industry.
As you stated there are other products and yet i do use another product now and as i said in the post i used to use lpanel and still would if the support was up to scratch which is the KEY thing that lets this product down. At the end of the day my issue is not with the product as i was more than happy to purchase another months licence to test drive the improvements, until i saw how customers where being spoken to and the fact that people are still waiting days if not weeks for replys to tickets.
This is the point of this post to open up the eyes of the managment to not only myself but other perspective customers who would browse the forums and see that they are being called imature kiddies. Which in anyones books is totaly unacceptable.
Also StarWeb, im not starting a flaming match with you what so ever but i REALLY cant see how im trying to "sabotage" Lpanel. Theres more than enough complaints on thier forums and here for that type of thing already im simply trying to as i said earlier that comments such as what LPCasey put to be very off putting for potential clients. You seem to be missing the point of what i stated in my post.
also another thing, after a quick browse of you`re website you too appear to not be using Lpanel in a "production" envierment where as you seem to be using clientexec...can you explain why you are ranting at me about this when you to are not usining it?
Hope this clears a few things up =)

I'm not sure what the point of this post is.. If you don't like or have a problem with this product there are several others to choose from..
What would be the point of 90% of the posts here if lack of alternative sources was the qualification for posting a complaint of some sort.

It has been quite some time since I posted on WHT.
I want to ensure and clarify something very basic:
Jak you are not an active Lpanel licensee or Demo licensee, You demonstrate a classic example of FLAMING a companies effort blindly. You not only go to our forum as a Guest and post your opinion on something you do not even use but you continue your efforts by posting your findings and claiming validity for cause to post on WHT? You seem to be on a mission...
Can I say your services suck without using it today? Then perhaps read 1 thread from thousands on our forum and then jump in and give your anonymous opinion on the subject without even using the service or being a client. That just does not seem logical. You write a lot and it almost seems like you know what your talking about but at the end you are not even a client or user of the software...
I will hold from deleting your post on our forum - Hopefully the Admins here will see your actions are unjustified and unsupported.

I've been using Lpanel for over a year now and haven't had a problem with support either. Granted, replies may have been a tad slow a couple times, but, for the most part I've gotten quick, courteous and professional replies from Casey and the rest of the Lpanel staff.

Ok firstly i want to say thankyou to merlin1969 if you are reading this, you are one of a few who actualy saw my original post the way it was intended and see`s what it was all about. So again thankyou for not pre-judging me after!
Secondly ckh im glad to see that you have had little if any issues with the company and i hope that this "support" continues for you! Good luck in the future!
Now onto what lpanelmike and the user "lpanel" on the community forums had to say to myself:
Firslty thankyou for taking the time to register here at WHT and to also post you`re comments on this i really do apreciate it, its a shame that they where no more constructive than what LPCasey had to say. I was really expecting somthing more from you.

It sounds like you`re saying my services as a webhost suck which means now you`re the one flaming if thats the case...but unlike you and other members im not "assuming" anything so please can you clarify?
You also said that "without even using the service" thats entierly incorrect i was a client of lpanel for about 6-8 months before i left in frustration with my support issues not being anwsered and having to move elsewhere, so please make sure that YOU get you`re facts straight.
You then whent onto say "You write a lot and it almost seems like you know what your talking about" well to be honest i wasn`t really expecting any better, i mean when i read you`re staff calling clients "kiddies" and imature and then the managment telling possible clients that they have no idea what they are talking about then this just sums it all up for me as well as other people. But isnt there a sense of Irony in this...what did you say i did earlier..Flaming thats it...maybe you should practice what you preech!
A Simple "Sorry" to the clients about the support delays and an explanation as to why there is such a delay currently would put peoples mind at ease but to proceed to call them "kiddies" is no way to deal with such a matter.
But yet it seems im not the only one here who thinks you have issues and are more than irritated by the way you are dealing with things look what drew5746 had to say about it "you need the support to back up this product. If you haven't realized it by now you are getting a bad reputation from people all over the internet in different forums and chat rooms all because of your lack of a dedicated tech support staff"
And: "110% agreed... It's not good enough" "i have had tickets go unlooked at for over 3 weeks at times" I mean is this acceptable? If you`re bank turned off you`re merchant account and you where loosing money by the day and had to wait anything upto a month for a ticket reply to solve it you`re telling me that this is acceptable? The fact remains you are costing people money not making them money which is what Lpanel should be doing and is more than capable of doing so if you just got more technicians on the go.
You again seem to have interperated my post as "attacking" or "flaming" Lpanel as a product, yet NOWHERE have i said that its a bad product, all over the internet i have posted how great lpanel can be. But as my post said it`s the suppor that`s let it down and has done since it was first created, yet you seem to be more bothered about trying to "attack" me than sort out the support. I went to the forums with the frame of mind of possible re-signing up to the software but after seeing such posts i was immediatly put off by this and so was "Guest" "Was looking at buying this script but not after reading all these post". All i wanted to address the managment to see if this was a "one off" or a way clients and possible clients are spoken to. So it seems to me that by you`re comments mike that you speak to all clients this way so you can rest assured that you wont be obtaining my custom today or in the near future and i shan`t recomend you`re product anymore due to the total lack of respect and "imature" behaviour you have shown here.
If you could anwser my questions stated above i would really apreciate it and i look forward to you`re responce.
