Hi All,

I'd like your advice on which companies to consider if I want to do registration and domain management for clients as an added service. I'm not looking at it as a profit generator in itself, but as part of an overall "web presence" service including hosting, site building, marketing etc.

I don't need input re which company is "the best" for registering and managing domains - I've read hundreds of your posts already which have proved very useful. Thank you all :)

My principal need is for a good comprehensive interface which has all the options general non-tech small business clients might need. It would be important that I could do bulk transactions for some/all domains together - eg switch their DNS info, renewals etc.

It won't be a high-volume operation, but I will need to be able to manage a few hundred domains with minimum hassle - it'll be a "cost of doing business" which I need to keep low.

If this has already been discussed here, then a link to the thread will do nicely - I just haven't found anything which addresses this specific situation.

Thanks :)

I also would say 000doamins.com (http://www.000doamins.com)

They are higher in price then some ($13.50/yr) but you get what you pay for and their support and service are top notch!:D I currently have 3 domains with them and I'm moving a 4th over there now....

<edit>-- They are with OpenSRS so the domain manager is good and easy to use. --<edit>

As far as a domain manager and managing multiple domains, registerfly.com is the best there is.

Great features such as sub-users and detailed domain exports.

The enom interface is extremely easy to use and you can also do global edits and bulk registrations.. all changes are real time and the DNS and info data bases update several times a day now..

Thanks to everyone :)

I'll check out RegisterFly and Enom some more - if memory serves, I've seen better comments here about Enom than RegisterFly.

I've been with 000domains myself for a couple of years, so unless I find something clearly better I may consolidate with them - never had a problem.

Thanks again :)

I suggest BulkRegister! I like their control panel - and the service is responsive too. AND they dont compete with me for my customers!
