As a potential client with at least 4 accounts to migrate form Interland (EWW) I e-mailed the famous Crystal Tech. Got no reply. Then a day later I got a reply, albeit a very sober one, not going into any details, except that they answer e-mails within 4 hours. Well it had been 30 hours.
I e-mailed back asking why it took 30. That was now a day ago.

:homer:It has long been known that, if you are in the north east quadrant of Zertong7 and attempt to communicate with a being residing on Quexlar, communication is nearly impossible.
By the time Zertong7 inhabitants receive messages from Quexlar, it is the day before on Zertong7. Therefore the message cannot reach them until the following day. Generally by this time the Quexlarconians are so disturbed by the seemingly non -responsiveness of Zertong7ers that they move to a different galaxy.

I beleive this is called pre-sales testing. I know alot of customers do it and I would have to say a 30 hour response would give them roughly a D- for support. Just keep trying different companies till you find one that meets your support needs. A 30 hour response for a host that charges 30 bucks a year might not be bad but I would say unacceptible in the $5.00per month catagory..

Yes, consider the $40 per month that I want to spend. That for four accounts at least. The thing is, I've tried many. And the ONLY one who answered swiftly was Verio.
