I know many things have been suggested..but honestly I think some new rules that would be "enforced" should really be applied for ALL forums.
With just a quick glance in the MAIN forums, you continue to see SUPPORT questions from clients? This is a BIG problem!
When these type threads are left open, then they "grow" with even more support problems...until the thread is basically out of control!

Also in the MAIN forum...e.g.
this thread titled..Customer support for cyberwings?
and the poll is how many accounts do you have?

Maybe it would be of some value, to create subforums under Main, and have one or several per subject?
USER REVIEWS....etc.
