Do you use any RBL's?

This actually does help - and essentially does real-time checking against third-party block lists. Give it a shot as it takes about five minutes. Props to Steve at WebHostGear for these kinds of tricks. :-)

I agree is you can get the RBL's setup and working correct, you can reduce your servers spam intake dramatically.
