I have written here before in another thread regarding ochosting.com. As it stands I am fully ready to transfer my domain to another hoster. The server I am on goes down VERY frequently and I have logs to back it up. On top of that, the email stops working, rendering my board all but useless. When I contact tech support I am told there is nothing they can do about it and that a ticket has been entered. I tell them I still have two open tickets from DAYS ago with no response. They say "ok" and that's it. When I ask how long until I recieve a reply to THIS latest ticket, they say "I don't know" When I if they have a standard response time, they say "Not that I know of" I have had it with ochosting. One of the last times the server was down was supposedly for a RAM upgrade. Do you think they put this on their Network Status Page? No way Jose. According to the level one techs, they are not told when the admins take the servers down or make changes, rendering first level support all but useless.
As it stands now, level 1 support just fills the ticket out FOR you. I'm not that lazy, I contact support to get stuff resolved immediately. At this point, I would recommend everyone stay as far away from them as possible.
