any suggestions on Forum applications that will funtion on Win 2003 web edition,

I recently purchased a site that had a PHP forum and cannot get it error free on my win machine

Check snitz forum at http://forum.snitz.com its ASP based and free to use.

as far as I am aware you should have no problem installing PHP and MYSQL on web edition so you can run any php forum like vbulletin etc.
