I have been a customer of ResellerZoom since the end of 2004 and have been happy with their service. Up until this week I was on their budget servers and hosting 17 accounts and noticed over the past 3 months a change in service (slower connection, email server not able to connect, etc.). I understand budget is attracts a lot of people and some of them use up the resources of the servers causing downtime and slow response. That has been covered here in previous topics.

Setup - From time of Order to Ready, Usually 2 Hours at Max

Support - Usually within 1/2 Hour

Service - Variable with the time of day and server loads. Usually great service during night, slow during peak daytime hours.

I don't see any reason to change hosts so I simply upgraded to their Advanced hosting plan. It is a little more expensive but well worth the money. I put in for the upgrade yesterday around noon, the account was ready in a couple of hours. I opened a support ticket for all of my files to be transferred from the old budget server to the advanced server by Resellerzoom and I would do the DNS changes myself. The support ticket was answered within 15 minutes stating he would handle it right away and within a couple of hours the files had been moved and my sites up and running. Absolutely no problems, no missed mails, and very little downtime. Very smooth transition.

I will review the Advanced Reseller plan after I have had some time to be on it but to this point I am 100% satisfied that Resellerzoom is the right choice for my company and my customers.

nice review, seems tobe a really good option for reseller, but i think if costumers use too much resources causing issues to other costumers that use them in a good way, should have something done, like tell them to be carefull with the use, so everyone can use their service properly

Yes, they will support my clients if I want them to (at no additional charge). This feature is available only on the Advanced and Premium packages. At this time, i am not utilizing this service and I like to have personal contact with each of my customers and not rely on someone else.

He is right, they have a good service and decent support, they always respond within a few mins. time. Best bet for the ones just starting out is to go with the budget plan and then when you reach your first 10 clients step up to the advanced plan, then go premium if you get busy after that.
What you can expect while on the budget plan is slow page loads while they are doing upgrades or daily backups. The rest of the time you are pretty solid with the connection. If you are looking for a reseller solution on any of thier plans, they are a decent provider with affordable pricing.
