It's up to you to determine what your costs are decide how many accounts you can sell and maintain for that amount while providing a decent service. Asking someone else to decide this for you is not going to help you, and frankly kind of lazy, if I might be so bold.
Write a business plan.

Agree with the comments above.

Do you know what your costs are to offer that plan? Have you factored in the cost of your advertising and other business expenses?

I have to agree with the others. Prices for products and services should be worked out based on aspects of your business plan.

You need to think about your niche, how you're going to support your clients (This will cost, will $3.00 cover the costs of support for that one client?) and your costs.

You don't always have to compete with the companies that are offering low priced services. The majority of them have bad support - do you want to be one of those hosts?

-Make a business plan.
-Your plan pricing will depend on things such as marketability, overhead costs, et cetera.
