I'm currently looking for a reseller account that has massive features, fantastic support and a high percentage of uptime (99.99%.)

I'm also hoping to find a reseller account with the following:

1. Fantastico Deluxe (ALL scripts Fantastico has on their site, not just some.)
2. 99.99% uptime guaranteed.
3. 24/7 support (doesn't need to be phone support, but response time should be within 15-20 minutes)
4. Friendly and knowledgable support staff.
5. Lots of disk space (minimum 4 gb)
6. Lots of bandwidth (minimum 40 gb)
7. Modern Bill or Lpanel License included. (Not WHM AP or Client Exec).
8. Updated Cpanel/WHM.
9. Pricing is flexible - I would pay more to get more.
10. A decent site builder to offer clients. (Included, not at an additional cost.)

Can anyone recommend a great host with at least the above features and more?

Well, i think you are expecting too much of the same. I have 12 reseller now in various places. Currently used all the hosts i recomend here.

First: In Cpanel i have four comments for you:

a) Hostnexus have a cpanel branch with sitestudio. I am signing now, but have a problem with my invision forums. They are erally professionals and include SOHOLAUNCH too. Have fantastico but no support modernbill AFAIK.
b) Cyberwurx is good but no editor online. IMHO, i sign better with them . No fantastico por modernbill.
c) bright-byte is a reseller under cyberwurx, but really really good. Have fantastico.
d) hoststock have fantastico and good support, but have helm too ( check the final notes )

Second: Design and magnament.

In site designs, sitestuduio is the best for me. Sign in jodohost, and hsphere have included easyapps ( similar to fantastico ), sitestudio and a payment solution.

Third: Payment Magnament.

I sign for a Hoststock helm reseller, and use it only for manage and online have billings and reminders.

2. 99.99% uptime guaranteed.IMO 99.99% uptime is not a reasonable expectation out of the reseller hosting solutions under their regular configurations. I see 99.9% yearly uptime as a level that can generally be achieved by a good host.

It often happens to confuse an uptime guarantee with a promise to maintain that level of uptime at all times. Uptime guarantees only entitle the customer to compensations, usually amounting up to the monthly hosting fee.

You have quite a few requirements there on your list. I just hope you're ready to pay what is needed to get quality service.

What is your budget? Expecting 99.99% plus Modernbill is an expensive combination and honestly you won't get it on a reseller account unless it's a dedicated reseller account and even then you will find that won't be achieved.
