Each Xstream package includes:
Unmetered 10Mbps port – Our Unmetered solution is not restricted to a single carrier, you will get the advantage of our performance based routing over blended Tier 1 provider bandwidth.
External Firewall Zone on our Inkra Networks firewall – Our Shared Firewall service allows you to setup a single security zone with customizable rules that allow you to control the availability and accessibility of services to your server.
10GB of File System protection with our Disk based Data Protection – Our Disk based Data protection system utilizes the power of Avamar Technologies Axion capabilities, allowing a fast, reliable backup of your data without the need for tape changes or human intervention.
Managed System – Our Managed System product has Data393’s Technical Operations team handle the patch management, service pack deployment, control panel upgrades and provides insurance against any necessary OS reload charges due to OS corruption, malicious user action or other corruption that would make a system reload necessary.
Advanced System Monitoring – Our advanced monitoring service will monitor the health of your system and monitor specific applications and services you identify as being critical to your servers operation.
