You can actually spring the chat box on unsuspecting clients. :D

I didn't find it compatible with our system, in fact it almost killed a low powered pc I had. But Rackspace and Dialtone use it and it must be great for sales.

It may be expensive, however clickchatsold has the same features. It has the "want to chat feature" real time monitoring, canned messages, html, images, everything. Just no cusotmizable pics, but what do you want? It's FREE!

It is now but doubt it will be for long. It uses their servers for all the server side work so i doubt it is going to remain free for long.

IT may be it may not be...however, you do not know if it will or not. They can make money by selling the code. THey already offer a paid service in which the webhost can run the program off of their own server. SO you never know.

In my experience, the company is poor to fair supporting their products. Reported bugs are never fixed and products are rarely updated. Digichat is a product made by the same people and although there are a couple of people there who are helpful, it is a trick to get them at the right time, as many of them seem uninterested after the sale (my impression).

I never said it definitely will but generally free things don't last long. Humanclick started free and didn't last long.

Anyone been able to sign up or download from clickchatsold.com in the past week? I've been trying and either get a message that the server is down, or nothing happens :(

We've bought it one month ago, we find it very slow. Sometimes customers leave before our answer shows up.

What do you think about

I have installed Clickchatsold.com and depending of your connection IP´s work.

For example, if I connect with one ISP work fine, but if I connect with other IP not is working (Server down message)....

ClickChatSold looks like a really good program. I didn't have any problems inserting the code into my site, registering, or downloading the software....plus, its FREE!

It looks like a REALLY good program so far.

I tried Groopz. It was a pretty good program, except I needed something that was free. They provide you with a short demo, but its only 15 days (I think).
