I've been told by a source that there is a new RaQ on the way that is in beta testing with double the processing speed and double the hard drive of a RaQ 4i. Anyone heard anything about this?

I've also told they will discontinue sales of all RaQ 3's and focus on RaQ 4's & 5's

i sure hope your right :) but i dont think the raq 5 will be out for a few more months or if it does come out any time soon they will be doing a lot of fixes on the first few releases.

Now why do you say *that* Steve? Might it be the 30 page update/patch list they have for the RaQ3? :)

I personally would never invest in a RaQ, especially if I was dedicated server provider. It was only 18 months, maybe 2 years, that the RaQ 1 was the rage. Now we're on RaQ 5s. A massive investment for something that gets replaced in 6 months with another version.

That maybey so, but I heared the raq 5 has more things for webhosting, like a reselling option, a Interface wich works with templkates and which the root can edit easily.

Such things would be nice. But I also think That you can better take a Linux machine and write your own Gui for it (it is really simple actually).
