Compworld 11-14-2005, 12:34 AM Yes, I know. I own a license as well. I want to explore my options outside of Sagonet due to the nearly 24 hour outage. Looking for a a major NOC to possibly switch too. sliqua 11-14-2005, 06:39 AM Only recommendations is their partners, but you're only saving $5/mo. If you buy your license direct from Interworx you get better support than with a datacenter. qwidjib0 12-06-2005, 01:25 AM http://www.interworx.com/partners IWorx-Tim 01-21-2006, 08:54 PM Several more will be added to the list posted above soon. But as has been said you can also order the licence directly from us. If you are not comfortable doing the install yourself we can do it for you for a fee. I'd like to thank Alex for his enthusiasm, but do need to clairify that the InterWorx support team is only responsible for InterWorx related support. In genral we will do our best to help you out with general issues that somehow relate to your InterWorx experience, but we are NOT responsible for all of your server support, even if you order your InterWorx license directly from us. That is the perview of your data center or hired admin. TieuDieuTu 01-22-2006, 07:45 PM Here's the provider that I've been using for almost a year: strikesol.com They only offer InterWorx for dedicated server. If you want a shared or seller account with InterWorx, you'll have to contact them. sliqua 01-22-2006, 07:52 PM I'd like to thank Alex for his enthusiasm, but do need to clairify that the InterWorx support team is only responsible for InterWorx related support. I was referring to the support that i've recieved directly from the Interworx staff in regards to Interworx. I'm not particularly sure about support for users that purchase licenses externally. I know that when I had a VDS to test out Interworx a few months back (not purchasing a license directly through Interworx) they supported it as well. |
