I AM A COMPUTER IDIOT !! I let someone else take care of my web site, and he shafted me . Now I can't even get it to come up. HELP !!! dean4jo@aol.com with any suggestions

If you have none of these you may be able to recover an archived version of it from somewhere like http://web.archive.org If the domain was not registered in your name it may be lost. Change all PWs for account access. If you cannot login and do so yourself then contact your Hoster to do it for you. 2. Go through your files and make sure nothing is there that is not supposed to be. Might even want to delete all files and start from scratch. Do not have your Hoster 'restore' your account as they will use a previous backup which may include files you don't want. 3. Figure out why your site is not loading. |
