Nice Application! I use a simple MS Access database to do basically the same thing. I Used the Wizard cuz I can't program.
WHY would people use this application?? and store their customer databases, complete with valuable contact information and passwords on a 3rd. Party's Server ??

Assuming that the company behind this application is Honest and wouldn't use YOUR stored information to swipe customers away from You..... What's to stop somebody else from accessing their database and harvesting YOUR customers?

All information is stored on a 320-bit securely encrypted server, and are not even acceessible by us. Security is stressed. There isn't really a way possible for us to view your records unless we obtain your username and password (both of which are set by you)

Sounds kinda RISKY to me.
1) HostInfoZeus.com was registered 4-4-2002 (17 days ago)
2) HostInfoZeus.com is owned by an Individual, not a corporation.
3) That individual also owns a hosting company. netatictechnologies.com
The FORUM at HostInfoZeus is empty and only has 1 member, the Admin. The HostInfoZeus website does state that "My" customers are stored on a Secure Server, but anybody familiar with databases (MYsql, MS SQL, Oracle) know that the Database Admin can indeed view all records.
I'm not finding anything that comforts my nerves regarding my data being 100% secure, even from a competiter that operates the database.
Maybe it's just me ?? Best of Luck with your New Application.

To address your concerns:

The developing companies, Netatic Technologies and Myarta Development have been in existence for 3-4 years. HostInfoZeus has been in development for several months and we felt it was uneccesary to purchase a domain for this product until it was near completion.
2) HostInfoZeus.com is owned by an Individual, not a corporation.
Not exactly correct. Myarta Development holds full rights to Host Info Zeus as its main developing party. This is indeed a company that has been in its industry for quite some time ;).

Again, not true. The owner of Netatic Technologies does not own Host Info Zeus; Myarta Development maintains full rights to the software. As a side note, Netatic Technologies is not a one-person copmany, rather comprised of several partners and employees that are experts in their fields.

We are still awaiting posts on the forum; most correspondence has been via e-mail.

Can't find your site mate. This would be my main worry. If you're down (or perhaps you're not, but someone has dug up a large portion of cable out to sea), so would be our client system.

OUR site is down due to maintenance not the HIZ server. The HIZ server always stays online. If you have a demo if the product you should still find that it is functioning well.
No worries about the HIZ server ever going down... ;)

Yes, the website is down... But the HIZ demo that I downloaded is still working as described.
No worries about the HIZ server ever going down... ;)
