Is this using VDS or just splitting a darive amongst three users? Root access? Where is your datacenter? Who is carrying your traffic? 24/7 monitoring? How do we contact you in case of an emergency? Can we reboot the server from WHM?

I'd like the answers to those questions too... plus how many IPs do we get with that plan (beside the 2 IPs for nameservers)...?

There's no root access, as this is a server that has just three reseller accounts on it.

In case of emergency you can mail us, or call us at a toll free mailbox number, which will notify us immediately.
You cannot reboot the server (no root access ) , but when needed , just contact us and we'll do it for you.

2 Ip's are included in this plan.
If you need more IP's ( you only need to have IP based accounts for SSL and/or anonymous FTP ) you can have additional ones.
Rackshack ask $25 one time for a request of new ip's + $1 monthly for each IP. So we have the same prices.
If the other two users request new IP's at the same time, you can divide the $25 into two or three.
p.s. : You can use the two IP's used for the nameservers for ip based hosting aswell.
