At Iconshock.com you can download a sample - or purchase other packages of course - which contains some cart icons.
All of the icons remain the property of Iconshock. The icons can be used royalty-free by the license for any personal or commercial projects.

I really, really doubt they'll accept that you use their samples for any use.

I downloaded the above quoted license statement with the sample package. I may be wrong, but I understood that was meant for the icons that I downloaded.. otherwise, they shouldn't include a license meant for the buyer when I didn't buy anything.. Am I reasoning right here?

Lol Paul.. those 90's icons.. I could let my grandmother (if only she was still alive) do better icons.. no offence, just joking..

Hey, I don't like them personally, but the price is right :)

Maybe you could find a young freelance designer to do a cart icon for you for cheap or free just a thought

As a reply from Roswell1 saying about a young designer. I happen to be one, using Photoshop CS and, in my opinion, I am quite skilled with it. I haven't yet any portfolios but thats what I am to have by offering this oppotunity for you.

Feel free to contact me with details of your requirements.
I can do it for free only in exchange of the design to be used as a portfolio as well.
I may charge if the designs required some in a bundle that you request, although only a small fee of around £1-£2.

Yours
Craig Lansdown.
