Does anyone knows how it's possible to restrict the amout of times users check their mail?

Users of Outlook Express do it every minute....
but some other do it each 10 seconds!!!!!

Heavy server load...
which is not necessary...

Is it possible to limit it...?
e.g. once a minute

It's possible, but I'm not sure if the RaQ has that feature in the configs. Try opening the config file of the main program in SSH (I never recommend telnet, always SSH) and see if there is a limit option. I'm sure there is.
