Well if my Subject Title surprises you, that is what i feel with this Hosting Company. Since last 1 month they have stopped responding to Emails, Support Tickets and the Live Chat is Offline for a month and Phone calls goes to Voice messages with no response. What else would you call it.
Though i have moved all my Reseller Accounts they provided a 30 Money Back Gurantee and i have cancelled the same before and just waiting, though iam all set to do a Chargeback.
Now dont you call this Company being operated by Ghost, its for sure that it was a one man operated hosting company and looks like he has gone with the Katrina or something similar.

Did you experience any downtime?

When all of my sites went down last month and there was no response for 5 days i moved all of my sites to another hosting account. I was just waiting to see if they would reply at all based on their 30 day money back guarantee and they have not, so its my turn to do a Chargeback now, when i had already paid them for 1 year and they provided services for 23 days.

They did a charge back on me for the server work i have done for them.. They are most certainly still alive and kicking.

They're still advertising your services on their web site. They also advertise using your services for their own servers.
