No Ugh needed, you can post a thread asking people who you should go with. Be sure to give your needs and budget or you won't get much out if it. In addition the offers section is full of sales.

If you posted a thread asking for offers the only thing that would happen is a flood of 100 SPAM PMs, most of which are useless.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/request.php is a good place to make requests. :)
