Ok, here is the situation I have been faced with:

Let's say I created a couple of default packages, and then a user signs up for one of those packages, but then after some time he decides he wants to upgrade to a different package. Now, is there a way I can just change this user's package in WHM, or just change some of the features of already defined packages without creating new packages/moving the user's site & files under the new package/etc... ?

Yes. You should select upgrade an account.

Ok, I'm using WHM 4.7.0, and I don't see that option anywhere around there...

What's the newest version of WHM anyway?

Are you a reseller?
If so, ask to your host to enable "Account Upgrades" in your account.

Oh, all righty... so it's one of those "enable/disable" features.

I guess I'll have to contact my host now...

Thanx!

WHM 4.7.0 Cpanel 4.7.0-66 is what I'm running, though the news page says -68 or later is out now, so am expecting an update shortly.

4.8.0 promises a new manual so it'll be interesting to see what the changes will be (if any) :)
