hello, I have everything setup for domain registering through ap using enom. When someone goes to register a domain, it will not go through. I have to manually register it. Why won't it do it automatically like it is suppose to?

Have you asked this over at the WHMAP forum, or their helpdesk? Seems to me the best solution would come from the source...
As a guess, maybe cURL isn't installed properly.

I recommend that you submit a support ticket over at: http://www.whmautopilot.com

A few things to check:

1. You registered your IP with eNom's API.
2. You have the correct eNom login info stored in WHMAP.
3. You have your WHMAP settings correct.

As with most purchased scripts, you should be able to find better resources at the vendor's website.

99% of the time it IS the IP that hasn't been registrered with enom. Documentation about this is a bit flimsy...
