I am in great need of a flash MP3 player for a CMS I am developing for music artists. I would like one that works like this one:

It specifically needs:
- Flash and HTML/PHP version
- Play *any* MP3
- Must play MP3s from a MySQL database
- Must be FULLY skinnable (via an image file - preferrably *.jpg or *.gif)
- All source code, flash files, etc. must be mine to own
* I want a custom solution, please do not start posting links to cookie cutter or pre-made customizable solutions *
