Hi there dear friends,
I was wondering which is there better idea:
A) Tell Customers That we are Resellers Of So and So Company?
B) NOT Tell Customers that we are Resellers?
Thanks in Advance,

Been a number of discussions about that here. You might want to do a search.
In a nutshell, you needn't volunteer that information but if asked you should be forthcoming. Truth should always be your weapon of choice.

I am not going to hide. Explanation: It's like retail - you buy the stuff from a wholesale company and that's it. Why hiding it? Your supermarket does not hide it either. ;)

In this industry it may make some people feel uncomfortable, and question your companies strength/quality. I wouldn't mention it on my website, but I would tell anyone who asked.

Some people might be afraid the reseller will go out of business. I wonder what you guys think of the host (of the resellers) giving the resellers an option of "selling" their customers if they wish to get out of the business back to the host, or something similar.

Honesty is ALWAYS the BEST policy.
You shouldn't have to identify where you lease resources from. But if asked, be Honest. You should choose a provider that will take care of you....so that you are able to take care of your customers. As long as you provide a quality product and provide GREAT customer service, most of your customers won't care "how" you get the job done!
