We are considering a partnership with Miva to add their cart to our offering. They seem to be the "big dogs" on the block. I'd like to see if any of you guys have experience with Miva and the positive (hopefully) and negative experiences you may of had.

1Host has partenered with Miva for several years now. The people there are very cool (Troy is a really nice guy). Their software is expensive, but people seem to like it. We haven't really looked at alternatives, but I know there are many. One of the things I'm not crazy about is that you need to have Miva Empressa installed on each machine that runs Merchant and they license Empressa seperately (I think it's $5-600 per machine). Then again I'm sure RS will get some kind of ripping deal, so it's probably not an issue for you guys.
