I have a problem with site5 and also waiting 2 hrs still no reply and support from them
its very urgent problem all my main sites are down for more then 4 hours and no reply or support from them very bad.
here is the details i have sent email to them

mainly from this user name : macfonts ( this account domain and ftp are not

but in the same account we have few more domains
added all that are working
Pls see the problem and reactive the accounts

after 20 mints i got reply for the above email
Hello Jai,
I apologize for the delay. The server you are on was running at an extremely high load. We needed to temporarily disable the macfonts directory, as it was causing the load to spike. You seem to running a script that was writing hundreds of .gif's to the tmp directory - can you please take a look at this and see if there is a way to optimize it? Your ftp acess has been restored.
and again i sent email to support ( becasue ftp acess has not restored )
here is my 2 email to them
FTP still not working and i will optimize the problem site within few hours pls restore macfonts directory and give access to FTP.
Its urgent pls
site is down for long time

after this email there is no answer and support from them for almost more than 2 hrs so i am making this request in the forum
please restore the account and FTP immdd.....
if the problem from one site ( as per your email ) why you need to disable all sites
do you know ( site5) how much money spend for sites to bring user to sites and now the site is down without informing us.
why cnt you disable the problem site ( but you disable all sites ) hummm and now no reply for such a long time.
restore the FTP and macfonts directory and all my programmers are online now and we will optimize the problem site within few hours
i hope you will do the best soonn..
