Hi,
I have read the postings of regular posters on Web Hosting Companies providing real bad service. But I would like you all to take some of your *times*:) to actually share your views and opinions of the points mention below:
- What type of real "support" should Web Hosting Companies provide?
- What is the kind of "support" you are looking for?
- Is there any other duty of support staff besides providing the relevant support to its clients?
- Is it the duty of support staff to equip customers with the basic knowledge of Unix (which is the most common webhosting plan.)
- Any other points you all can think of? :)
Just my 2 cents. ;)
