Im looking for a software in which I can manage my web hosting clients offline, not over the web; I tried to make it on Excel but gets very complicated.
I would like to add clients: company name, representative, service description (domain, hosting plan..), username, password, server, domain name, setup date, due date, amount, other data, extra comments, etc with a searching capability.. I would like to organize my customer base and see if a client has a due payment, etc

Im not looking for a complete billing and accounting solution but a way to keep track of client data and expiration of services, etc as I stated above.

Do you know some program in order to avoid having papers and more papers with customer data, all messed up over the desk or in a box? :)

Well, I have tried a copy of InvoiceIt and seems good in general terms, but some features are very restricted (you can't add own country & states), and the interface remembers you a win95 thing :)

Anyway, Invoiceit helps to organize a business...

It's a shame that Quickbooks has not a trial version, maybe due to the size of the program and the trial version of the online edition doesn't work with Firefox :(

The main thing Im looking in a program is an easy way to insert client data and track payments (paid and due).

Aren't there any other client management programs that are made for hosting companies? or selling services?

This should not be too difficult to write a simple VBA for Excel to manage your client base. According to your requirement, this should be completed within a few days.
