Hello!

We are in the process of converting our hosting company over to plesk control panel. By far, the biggest job for us is revising our FAQ/Knowledge Base. This fun job has been handed over to me, and I am not very technical in nature. I am starting to see that our Knowledge base needs to be completely redone, not just revised. Fun Fun!

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who may be able to provide me with an faq to use? I would be willing to pay for this. I am considering using the one on the Plesk site and just giving my users access to the client and user sections. Still, it seems like this would be a big job and I would prefer not to have to do all of that.

Anyone willing to help me out?

This would be greatly appreciated - in fact, I would even trade some hosting services or cash for this.

Whenever you setup an account with Plesk it installs a manual too; so when the client FTPs to the web site there is a manual That might help..

It's not that hard, take a few hours and get it finished ;)

P.S. How much are you paying?

FTP to one of your accounts on Plesk. You'll see a few different folders (httpdocs, httpsdocs, etc.) and one file which is a .psd (that is the manual).

Yes, I meant how much are you paying for the FAQ you need done.
