Your question is very vague. Just to give you an example, pretty much anyone who uses a host goes for one that isn't very costly for them. :)

If you spend a bit of time reading threads in this forum http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3 you should be able to gather the names of a few hosts that are often recommended around here. It might take a while, but it'll be a time well spent. Keep in mind that no host is perfect, so even good hosts may receive less than flattering critique from time to time.

Resellers Panel (http://www.resellerspanel.com) is a good choice all the way around, but without knowing your exact requirements, it will be a little bit hard to help you out.
