please change it so, that threads with a new posting gets dumped up at the top again!

Why change it back?
It hasn't been the way it is long enough to determine if it's better, or worse, or makes no difference.

When I first joined WebHostingTalk, I wondered why they didn't do that in the first place. I didn't realize it was a limitation of vBulletin. I think it's perfect the way it is now. If you like the old method, just click on the "Last Post" column heading to sort it by the last posting date. :)
