I run www.purohits.com and now i have a partner in US.He give order of domain and webhosting from US.So i want to know what percentage or on what basis i can go with him as a partner.

It depends on a lot of factors, for example, profit margin of your domain and hosting, how much he will pay for advertising, how much time he dedicate in this business, etc..... It's better to talk with him directly. The best solution should be a win-win solution.

two partners = 50/50 unless one brings more to the table.

as you are in india you can offer support to all clients of your partner in us and you can also get some more money by providing total support.

I would suggest initially you should give him good commission based on the business he generates for your company later you can decide for a partnership after reviewing his performance and the business volume.

I would say you should give him a percentage of the income generted by sales that he makes.
