I've been searching for a suitable host for quite some time and I came across downtownhost's hosting plan that looks very good and tempting.

However, one of my friend is using www.downtownhost.com . She said that Downtownhost.com is a very lousy host to host with. I wonder why. She said that the support staff are sarcastic, negative and always criticising. She said if u ever host with them, forget about getting a caring and friendly support staff.

Anybody care to shed a light on this?

I've heard many things about DTH, mostly good things...

Jedito runs DTH and hangs around here and I think there are also quite a few DTH customers that hang around here too...I'd give it a couple of days and you should see some opinions about them...

Jedito's always seemed like a nice guy in his posts, trying searching here for him and see what you come up with...

Jedito is a regular on this forum, and I have always found him helpful and generous.

BTW, as far as I know, all our customers are happy with our service, you can allways check out our forum, we do not delete negative message or threads.

Those "he said she said" comments usually cant be taken too seriously....Ive known Jorge for some time, and always found him to be a great help on/off the boards. As he said..they have their own forums...check it out...although I really question the validity of your post ANYWAY!

I think 90% of the chance you are one of downtownhost's competitors or someone who has a twisted mind.

I tell you what, sometime ago, I exchanged more than 10 messages with Jorge per day (not the problem of the machine or the settings, most of my questions are my newbie questions), Jorge answered the questions usually within 10 minutes when he is online at the same time. Usually I can get the answer in 12 hours.

Care and friendly support is the least you can get from Jorge.

I just don't understand where did "your friend" get those idea and why you spread the lies for "your friend" or for yourself.

Just want to let all the others know, you will not go wrong with Jorge's downtownhost and sex-hosting.

The group that listed you is the group that flamed you. They didn't realize you were listed when they wrote that garbage (some of which was removed), as you can tell from my post in that thread. Why? I don't know. This is just yet another problem and we'll handle it off board :rolleyes:

Were you referring to his message to me about getting removed in that thread?

If that is in fact the case, please understand that Jorge and I run HostCulture, he is not attacking HC if that was your belief.
