I have a question regarding speed.

If you have a server at he.net and you are on a 10MB switched port.


On your end, you have a T1 connection.


What could be the possibilities that you can only download at 200kbps?

You are being limited by your T1 connection..
You also have to see what upstream they (he.net) have.. just because you're on a 10mb port, doesn't mean it can push 10mb.. would depend on their connection and if they are limiting it in anyway..
