Hi there
I'm having trouble transferring a domain away from AriaDomain.com , who's a reseller of Primus Communications.
Who should I contact to file a complaint? I know Internic.net applies to registrars. What about resellers?
Any input would help
Thanks
Ray

I think they are part of the same company, planetdomain etc. I think they may have a rep on these boards

thanks DMaven
Now, what if I were to have a problem with any company for that matter? Who do you report to in such a case? I dont mean only resellers, but what if I were experiencing difficulties with transferring a name from, say, even an ICANN accredited registrar?

You can complain to icann although it is always best to try to resolve it directly with the registrar.

As dmaven said, you can contact ICANN if you've a complaint against a registrar.
But note that ICANN only ensures the registrar has followed all policies between
them, not handle individual consumer complaints.
For resellers, exhaust everything with them first before asking the parent registrar
to step in.
Worse comes to worse, it's time to send in the lawyers.
