Can someone tell me how cpanel.net is better than like ensim?
What does it allow the host to actually do?

Cpanel is far much better than ensim...dont compare cpanel with ensim....ensim is useless if you compare with cpanel...there is one more nice control panel hostgui which is going to be launched by the end of April 2002 and something similar like cpanel and also supports jsp support. And the nice feature is it has got only one time setup cost which is around $570 where as cpanel has got $75/mon as license as of now.... I'll be updating you soon if I get anythng else...I worked with many of the control panels like
