Well, as the title says it all, can I find a Registrar that is as cheap or cheaper as GoDaddy that does not tie in their cheap domain names with other forms of packages or promotions.

I am looking for .us and .com domain names.

I think existing and new clients can take advantage of it.

yes godaddy and yahoo ... but i personaly don't like yahoo
