I am really interested in this and want to learn HOWTO do it.
I have searched on the net but can not find the exact things that i want to learn.

As far as my experience with it, ILS servers are mostly implemented by private companies for the use of their employees with netmeeting.

Best way to learn it is to search for documentation on Google, and Microsoft's site (TechNet).
