Thank you :) www.cerberusweb.com Cerberus Helpdesk has 100% of the PHP source available, and so you can customise any part of it you want. You won't find a single PHP file encoded and so you won't run up against a brick wall while trying to change something :) The only source you don't get access to is their C based parser.
