The Top Layer is the IPS5500, it does mitigate dDos attacks. There is no guarantee that it will stop any attack no product can guarantee that, but it is definitely one of the best in the business so most attacks would be completely stopped. We do not offer a refund because there is no guarantee, but we at least offer protection on the network instead of just having an exposed server on the internet.

about ddos, i am receiving an amount of 2 milions of pps at 350 mbps. The Ciscoguard of the planet cannot filter and they null route my ip, i would know about your rules for a ddos atack of this kind.

Reasons that dedicated server providers null route is because they either have their transit provider link/s maxed on an attack or they do not want to incur the extra burstable bandwidth costs. We are a relatively small dedicated server provider and as such would not want to incur the extra bandwidth costs of that magnitude just yet. So we would probably null route as well. Filtering once the packets are in our network would not stop our providers from charging.
